How 'bout them apples!
***Disclaimer....not nearly as amazing as Wilson's Orchard in Iowa***
We joined a playgroup for the day and took a short drive to a nearby u-pick apple orchard. It was cool and overcast this morning and the kids could not wait! We had fun picking and eating apples. But unfortunatly, no hot apple turnovers! I guess I'll have to make my own, but I've never been able to recreate Wilson's Orchard's AMAZING apple turnovers. Let me know if you've got a good recipe.

I am so jealous that they are wearing jackets :) It's still so hot here! :( It sounds like you guys are finding more adventures :)
all I know is they have tapioca in them. If you figure out the recipe let me know - if anyone can figure it out it's you betty crocker!!
Nothing beats Wilson's! Well, there is an orchard that has peaches too that comes pretty close!
